- 4 ozs Carrot juice
- 4 ozs Banana juice
- Nutmeg (freshly grated)

In a metal bowl, mix together the grapefruit juice, carrot juice and banana juice. Season to taste with a little freshly grated nutmeg. Freeze for 4-5 hours, stirring every 30 minutes so that the mixture develops a grainy texture.
