This beautiful granita is low in calories and sugar, making it a refreshing, guilt-less snack or dessert during the summer.
If you don't have grapefruit, feel free to use oranges or lemon with a little sugar instead.

In a metal bowl, mix together the grapefruit juice, carrot juice and banana juice. Season to taste with a little freshly grated nutmeg. Freeze for 4-5 hours, stirring every 30 minutes so that the mixture develops a grainy texture.
Serve in tall glasses.
