- 1 can small Pineapple (drained)
- 1 Orange (squeezed)
- 50 milliliters Coconut milk (well chilled)
- 150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat) (low-fat)
- 1 Tbsp Coconut syrup
- Crushed ice
- Oranges (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Put pineapple chunks, orange juice, coconut milk, yogurt and coconut syrup in a blender and puree.

Fill two glasses halfway with crushed ice, pour in the smoothie and serve garnished with one orange slice.
