1 lemon
150 milliliters Apple juice
1 tsp honey
40 grams Dark chocolate
200 milliliters Quark
50 grams Amaretti cookies

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the pineapple, cut into quarters, remove the core and cut the pulp into cubes. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.

2.

Bring the apple juice, lemon juice and honey to a boil in a pot. Add the pineapple, return to a boil, remove from the heat and let cool.

3.

Meanwhile, chop the chocolate. Stir the quark until creamy and add half of the chocolate.

4.

Divide the pineapple compote among 4 glasses. Top with the quark mixture.

5.

Crumble the amarettini, mix with remaining chocolate and sprinkle on top of the quark mixture. Serve.
