Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the tomatoes and pat dry. Cut the feta cheese into cubes. Pluck the thyme into small pieces. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.

Mix all the prepared ingredients in a jar. Season the olive oil with salt and pepper and pour into the jar.

3.

Store in a cool, dark place to marinate for at least 2 days.

Season again with freshly ground pepper before serving.
