- 3 scallions
- 350 grams real Crabmeat (cooked)
- 3 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 100 grams Sour cream
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the peppers, halve and remove seeds and ribs. Trim the scallions, rinse and chop. Drain the crab meat and mix with the cubes of 2 scallions and mayonnaise and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper and fill the peppers with mixture. Garnish with remaining scallion.
