300 grams Cherry tomatoes
270 grams Tuna (canned)
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 Tbsp Caper
2 Tbsps Bell pepper puree
peppers
60 grams Parmesan (grated, for garnish)

Preparation steps

Cook pasta according to package directions in a pot with plenty of salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, peel garlic and shallot and finely chop. Rinse tomatoes, pat dry and cut into quarters. Drain train and pick apart with a fork.

Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic together with shallot until soft. Add tomatoes, capers and red pepper, saute briefly, puree with an immersion blender and simmer for another 3-4 minutes. If needed, add a little pasta water to reach desired consistency and season with salt and pepper. Drain pasta. Add pasta and tuna to the pan, mix together with the sauce, heat slightly and season with salt and pepper. Serve on plates and serve garnished with Parmesan.
