1 chili pepper
1 garlic clove
150 grams Bacon (thinly sliced)
2 Tbsps Tomato paste
100 milliliters Vegetable broth

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the core, and dice. Rinse the chili and halve lengthwise. Remove the seeds and membranes, and julienne.

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Sweat in the oil, then add the thinly sliced bacon. Mix in the tomatoes and tomato paste, ad the chili, and deglaze with the vegetable broth. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar. 

3.

Simmer the sauce for 5-10 minutes. Mix with the cooked, drained pasta, and toos to combine. Transfer onto plates, and serve.
