Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the pears, halve, core and thinly slice. Coarsely chop the walnuts. In a bowl, stir the honey with the lemon juice. Add the pears and walnuts, and allow to marinate for 10 minutes.

Rinse the endive leaves and shake dry. Spread each leaf with the cream cheese and top with the pear mixture. Drizzle with the juice from the bowl and serve.
