- 2 Tbsps Sesame seeds
- 2 Pear
- 4 Tbsps lemon juice
- 8 Tbsps Whole Grain Oats
- 600 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 4 Tbsps sea buckthorn berry juice
- 4 tsps honey
- 12 fresh Date
- 4 Tbsps Wheat sprouts

Preparation steps
1.
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden brown. Remove from heat and let cool.

Rinse the pears, cut into quarters and remove the cores. Thinly slice the quarters and toss with the lemon juice.
3.
Divide the oat flakes into 4 bowls or cups. Mix the yogurt with the sea buckthorn juice and honey until smooth and spoon over the oat flakes.
4.
Pit and dice the dates and sprinkle over the yogurt. Arrange the pear slices on top.
5.
Top the bowls with the wheat sprouts and toasted sesame seeds and serve.
