- 300 milliliters milk
- 1 Tbsp Pear syrup
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 pinches cloves (ground)

Preparation steps

Peel and quarter the pears. Remove the core and roughly chop.

Remove the seeds from the dates, and halve lengthwise. Transfer the pears and dates to a blender with the milk, pear syrup, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth, then divide into glasses. Sprinkle with the cloves for garnish.
