120 grams sugar
1 untreated lemon (juice and zest)
400 grams mixed Berry (such as blueberries, raspberries, strawberries blackberries)
4 Pear

Preparation steps

1.

Boil the sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest and 150 ml (approximately 2/3 cup) of water. Simmer for a few minutes until the sugar has dissolved. Remove and let cool.

2.

Rinse and puree the berries. Pour through a fine sieve. Peel, quarter and core the pears. Puree the pears.

3.

Add half of the syrup to the berry puree and the other half to the pear puree. Fill a popsicle mold with the purees, place the lid on top of the mold. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 5 hours before serving.
