- 2 white Peaches
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 400 grams Natural yogurt
- 100 grams Raspberries
- 8 Ladyfinger
- 1 Tbsp slivered almonds

Preparation steps
1.
Blanch the peaches, shock in ice water, peel, halve, pit and slice the flesh. Mix the honey and yogurt together. Rinse the raspberries. Break the cookies into pieces.
2.
Layer the yogurt, cookies, peach slices and raspberries in dessert cups and serve sprinkled with sliced almonds.
