- 1 ⅕ kilograms ripe Peaches
- 600 grams sugar
- 1 packet Gelatin powder
- 100 grams Pine nuts
Preparation steps

Rinse the peaches, pat dry, and remove the stones. Finely dice one quarter of the peaches, and puree the rest in a blender. Add the puree to a saucepan and mix with the sugar and gelling powder. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in the pine nuts and diced peaches. Fill the prepared screw-top jars to the brim with the jam. Seal tightly, and cool completely.
