Preparation steps

1.

Blanch the peaches on boiling water. Remove from the water and peel. Halve the peaches, remove the seeds, and coarsely chop. Add the peaches, buttermilk, and sugar to a blender and puree. Pass the puree through a fine strainer.

2.

Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water with the cloves and pepper. Remove from the water and drain well. Mix the gnocchi into the peach gazpacho. Garnish with fresh carnations and the crushed pepper, if you'd like.
