- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 4 Tbsps water
- crushed peppercorns (to garnish)
- sliced Baguette (to serve)

Preparation steps

Blend together the peppers, tomatoes, Tabasco, vinegar and water.

Pass through a fine sieve, season with salt and pour into glasses.
