- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 4 cups frozen peas
- 3 cups vegetable stock
- 1 cup cream (30% fat)
- Basil (to garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a large and cook the onion until soft but nor brown.
2.
Add the peas and pour over the stock then bring to a boil and let simmer for 10 minutes.
3.
Add the cream and blend to a smooth puree then season with salt and pepper, reheat gently and serve garnished with the basil leaves.
