- 1 onion
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 300 grams frozen Peas
- 1 generous pinch Curry
- Instant chicken broth
- Salt freshly ground pepper
- to taste lemon juice
- 1 pinch sugar
- 200 grams Whipped cream
- 100 grams Smoked salmon
- Lemon balm (for garnishing)
Preparation steps

Peel and dice onion. Heat oil in a saucepan and saute onion for a few minutes. Add peas and curry powder and mix well. Add broth and simmer, covered, for about 15-20 minutes.

Puree soup and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and sugar.

Beat cream until stiff and fold into the soup. Cut salmon into strips. Pour soup into bowls and top with salmon. Garnish with lemon balm leaves, dust with curry powder and serve.
