- 1 kilogram fresh Peas
- 1 onion
- 1 bunch Lemon balm
- 2 Tbsps Margarine (or butter)
- 750 milliliters Instant vegetable broth
- 1 cup Double cream
- salt
- peppers
- 50 grams Smoked salmon

Preparation steps

Rinse and shell peas. Peel and dice onion. Pluck off lemon balm leaves and rinse. Heat butter in a saucepan and saute peas and onion for a few minutes. Add broth and simmer for about 15 minutes on low heat. Remove ladle of peas from the pan and set aside. Puree remaining soup, add double cream, peas and lemon balm leaves, mix well and season with salt and pepper. Cut salmon into strips, add to the soup and pour soup into bowls. Serve immediately.
