- 600 grams fresh Peas
- 400 milliliters Vegetable broth
- ½ bunch mint
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Anisette
Preparation steps

Rinse the peas, then bring to a boil with the broth. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Rinse and dry the mint, then finely chop the leaves.

Add the mint to the peas, and completely mash the mixture. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add the liqueur, mix to combine, and transfer into serving bowls.
