- 500 grams Spaghetti
- salt
- 500 grams Red mullet fillets
- 4 scallions
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 centimeters ginger (fresh)
- peppers (freshly ground)
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Turmeric (ground)
- 100 milliliters dry white wine
- 150 milliliters fish stock
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse the red mullet and pat dry. Cut approximately 2/3 of the fish into strips and finely chop the rest. Peel scallions, garlic and ginger and chop finely. Season the fish strips with salt and pepper and brown in a pan in hot oil on both sides. Remove from the pan and saute the scallions with the garlic and ginger until translucent. Stir in the chopped fish and turmeric, saute for a few minutes and add the white wine. Simmer a few more minutes, pour in the cream and fish stock and simmer until slightly creamy, 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the drained pasta and fish strips to the pan and heat through.
2.
Serve garnished with dill.
