- 500 grams Rigatoni
- salt
- 1 handful Basil
- 1 handful parsley
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 500 grams Ricotta cheese
- 1 Tbsp black Sesame seeds
- white peppers
- Basil (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook rigatoni in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
2.
Rinse herbs, shake dry and finely chop or crush in a food processor. Peel garlic and fry in a pan with hot oil. Reduce heat, add herbs and ricotta and mix well. Stir in sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper.
3.
Drain pasta.Add pasta to the pan, mix well and arrange on plates. Serve garnished with some basil.
