500 grams Penne
salt
150 grams Smoked salmon (sliced)
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp butter
100 milliliters dry white wine
200 milliliters Whipped cream
2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
1 tsp Horseradish (from a jar)
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Cook penne in boiling salted water until al dente.

2.

Cut salmon into small pieces. Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat butter in a pan and saute garlic briefly, deglaze  pan with white wine. Boil down a little bit and addcream. Simmer for a few seconds and add creme fraiche, parsley and horseradish.

3.

Add salmon and season with salt and pepper. Add drained pasta, toss well and serve.
