- 500 grams Linguine
- 1 bunch White pepper
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 200 grams Peas (TK)
- 100 milliliters white wine
- 200 milliliters Chicken broth
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 60 grams Parmesan (freshly grated)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook linguine according to package instructions in boiling salted water until al dente.

Peel bottom third of asparagus and cut into 3 cm (approximately 1-inch) long pieces.

Sauté asparagus in butter, add peas and deglaze with a little pasta water. Cover and let stand about 4 minutes.

Add white wine white wine. Add chicken broth and reduce to about half. Then add cream and creme fraiche and stir in Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper and add dripping wet linguine to the pan. Distribute noodles on warmed plates along with asparagus and peas and serve drizzled with the sauce.
