2 Chicken breasts (each about 140 grams)
salt

2 Tbsps vegetable oil
400 grams Spaghetti
4 Tomatoes
150 grams Chorizo
1 garlic clove
1 splash Red wine
For garnishing
freshly grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken for about 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown, reduce heat and cook for 5-6 minutes more or until done.

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

Rinse and quarter tomatoes, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Cut sausages into thin slices. Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic with sausage slices for 1-2 minutes. Deglaze pan with wine and add tomatoes. Simmer for about 5 minutes or until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut chicken into strips and add with drained pasta to the sauce. Arrange on plates and sprinkle with Parmesan and basil. Serve.
