- 1 garlic clove
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 400 grams small Broccoli
- 200 milliliters instant powdered vegetable stock
- freshly ground peppers
- 200 grams Orecchiette pasta
- salt
- 30 grams Pine nuts
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and chop the garlic and the chile pepper. Sauté with the broccoli briefly in some oil, then pour in the stock and cook for 6 - 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet.

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain well and mix with the broccoli and chile pepper.
Transfer to plates and serve showered with pine nuts.
