1 kilogram Broccoli
salt

300 grams thin Tagliatelle (Tagliatelle)
1 Tbsp Curry powder
250 grams Ricotta cheese
1 Tbsp Orange peel
3 eggs
1 bunch Chervil (or parsley)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse broccoli and separate into small florets. Peel thick stems, halve lengthwise and cut crosswise into 1 cm thick (approximately 1/2 inch thick) pieces.

Cook pasta and curry powder in plenty of salted boiling water until pasta is al dente. Add broccoli 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time.

Mix ricotta with orange zest and egg. Stir in 4 tablespoons pasta water.

Season ricotta mixture with salt and pepper. Rinse chervil, shake dry and chop. Set 1 tablespoon chervil aside for garnish. Stir remaining chervil with ricotta mixture.

5.

Drain pasta and mix thoroughly with the ricotta mixture. Serve pasta sprinkled with chervil.
