2 garlic
1 red chile pepper
4 Anchovy fillet
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 splash lemon juice

Preparation steps

Cook the pasta in salt water until al dente.

Rinse and cut the broccoli into florets. Blanch the broccoli in salt water, rinse and drain well.

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Rinse the chile, halve and cut into strips. Pat dry the anchovies, chop and saute in hot oil with the garlic and chile for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Mix in the broccoli. Toss the drained pasta with a little cooking water with the vegetables. Season with lemon juice and salt. Serve immediately.
