- 14 ozs Pasta (to taste)
- 21 ozs small Artichoke (trimmed and cooked)
- 9 ozs Strawberries
- 1 scallion
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 3 ozs white wine (sweet)
- 2 ozs Pine nuts (toasted)
- 8 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- peppers
- lemon juice (to taste)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta according to package instructions in plenty of salted water until al dente. Rinse, dry, hull and halve the strawberries. Cut scallions into thin rings. Rinse rosemary, shake dry and pluck leaves.

Cut artichokes into slices. Heat oil in a pan and saute artichokes, deglaze pan with wine. Add strawberries, pine nuts and rosemary and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
3.
Drain pasta, mix with vegetabes and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with lemon juice. Serve.
