400 grams Spiral pasta
200 grams Frozen pea
2 large Sweet potato
2 small, red chili peppers
olive oil
2 Tbsps freshly squeezed lemon juice
salt
freshly ground pepper

Preparation steps

Blanch frozen peas in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes and drain. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into cubes. Heat 2 tablespoonsof oil in a pan and saute potatoes from all sides. When they are ready, season with salt and pepper. Rinse chile peppers, halve and remove seeds, cut into thin rings.

Cook pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente and drain. Combine pasta with potatoes, peas, 4 tablespoons of olive oil and chile rings in a big bowl. Cool slightly, then stir in lemon juice. Serve lukewarm.
