- 250 grams macaroni
- 250 grams Cucumber
- 4 Pickle
- 1 bunch Radish
- 1 bunch Dill
- 4 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 4 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp grated Horseradish (fresh or from a jar)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain, rinse and drain again.
2.
Peel cucumber and dice. Finely dice pickles. Rinse radishes, cut into slices and then cut into fine strips. Rinse dill and pluck from stems. Mix sour cream and heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix pasta, vegetables, dill, horseradish and cream mixture and serve.
