Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta in boiling salt water until al dente. Rinse in cold water and drain well.

2.

Rinse the peas and blanch in boiling salt water. Rinse in cold water and drain well. Rinse the peppers, halve and cut into fine strips. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into eighths. Peel and slice the cucumber. Rinse the radishes and cut into matchsticks.

3.

Mix the vinegar, mustard, sugar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in the prepared vegetables and pasta. Rinse the chives, shake dry and cut into small rings. Fold the chives into the salad and serve immediately.
