- 300 grams Rigatoni
- 200 grams Celery
- ½ Cucumber
- ½ Red chili pepper
- 80 grams black Olives
- 300 grams Tuna (canned)
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- 3 Tbsps White vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- mint

Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and cool.
2.
Rinse and dry celery, cut into thin slices.
3.
Peel cucumber and cut into small cubes.
4.
Rinse and halve chile pepper, remove seeds and ribs and chop finely.
5.
Drain olives and pit, if necessary.
6.
Drain tuna and separate wtih a fork. Combine tuna with vegetables and pasta.
7.
Whisk oil with vinegar, season with salt and pepper and add a little chopped mint to taste. Toss salad with the dressing and let rest for about 1 hour. Garnish with mint and serve.
