400 grams Tuna steak
2 garlic cloves
4 Tbsps olive oil
1 splash dry white wine
lemon juice

Preparation steps

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

Rinse and dry zucchini, cut into small cubes. Peel onions, halve and cut into strips. Rinse and halve tomatoes. Rinse tuna and chop. Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat oil in a pan and saute onions, garlic and zucchini for 2-3 minutes or until translucent. Deglaze pan with a little white wine and add tomatoes and fish, cook for 1-2 minutes and season with salt, lemon juice and pepper. Add drained pasta and toss well. Arrange on plates and garnish with basil. Serve.
