- 100 grams cream cheese
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp Dill (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps whipped Whipped cream
- 8 cooked shrimp
- 8 sliced Roast beef
- Horseradish
- 16 Party- White rolls (such as multigrain and sesame)
- butter
- Dill (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Cut rustic rolls in half horizontally, spread bottom half of each bun with butter and cover with loosely rolled roast beef slices and cover with a little horseradish (freshly grated or from a jar).
2.
Mix cream cheese in a bowl with lemon juice, dill and cream and season with salt and pepper. Spread top half of each rustic roll with cream cheese. Place shrimp on top of horseradish and cover with top half of roll. Serve garnished with dill.
