2 slices Sandwich bread
4 Tbsps Remoulade (from a tube)
1 hard-boiled egg
2 slices Roast beef
6 slices Cucumber
1 Pickled cucumber
1 Tomato
2 slices Emmentaler cheese
½ carrot
2 Radish
½ onion
2 Baby corn cobs (from a jar)
lamb's lettuce (and romaine lettuce)
Chives
1 sprig parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Cut off bread crusts. Rinse lettuce and mache and pat dry. Rinse tomato and radishes and cut into slices. Cut pickled cucumber into lengthwise slices. Rinse carrot and cut into narrow strips. Peel onion and cut into thin rings. Halve bread slices diagonally and spread all slices on one side with remoulade. Spread cheese slices and lettuce leaves on two halves. Cut egg into slices and place on lettuce with tomato and radish slices, pickled cucumber, cucumber slices, onion rings and carrot sticks. Put slices of roast beef in the middle. Divide baby corn, chive sprigs and parsley over sandwiches.

Cover with the remaining bread slices and serve.
