- ½ Zucchini
- 4 leaves Oak leaf lettuce
- 4 slices Whole Wheat Toast
- 2 tsps grated Horseradish (fresh or jarred)
- 50 grams cream cheese
- 2 slices Roast beef

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the zucchini, dry and thinly slice. Rinse the oak leaf lettuce, shake dry and tear into small pieces. Toast the bread.
2.
Mix the cream cheese with horseradish and spread on two slices of bread. Top two slices with zucchini, lettuce and roast beef. Top with the remaining slices and halve diagonally.
