200 grams cream cheese

50 grams Goat cheese (thinly sliced)
3 Tbsps Pesto (green)

Preparation steps

Blanch the tomatoes for a few seconds. Peel, quarter, and core. Cut into small cubes. Rinse half the basil and shake dry. Chop finely and mix with the diced tomatoes, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Stir in 2/3 of the cream cheese.

Toast the sandwich bread and lay next to each other on the table. Spread the two slices with the remaining cream cheese and top with the goat cheese. Top with the ham. Spread the pesto on the last slice of bread. Place on top of the goat cheese and then layer with the ham. Cut the finished sandwich in half diagonally and serve with basil.
