- 1 Papaya
- 12 shrimp (shelled, deveined)
- 100 grams Peanuts (unsalted)
- 400 grams Yardlong Beans
- 250 grams soybean sprout
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- light soy sauce
- cayenne pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the bell pepper, cut into quarters, remove seeds and cut into strips. Peel, core and grate the papaya into small pieces. Coarsely chop the shrimp and peanuts.

Rinse the beans, trim and blanch in boiling salted water until al dente for about 8 minutes. Sauté the shrimp in hot oil with the bell pepper, sprouts and add the beans. Divide the papaya and peanuts into equal quantities, season with soy sauce and cayenne pepper. Serve in preheated bowls.
