- 2 Tbsps Arame seaweed (15 grams or .5 ounces)
- 300 grams green Beans
- onions
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- salt
- 1 tsp thyme
- 200 grams Tomatoes
- 10 black Olives
- 200 grams shrimp
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar

Preparation steps
1.
Soak seaweed in 300 ml (approximately 10 ounces) of water. Rinse and peel beans. Peel and dice onion. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and beans. Deglaze with seaweed and soaking water. Season with salt, pepper and thyme. Simmer for about 15 minutes over low heat, then remove from heat and let cool.

Rinse and core tomatoes, then cut into wedges. Pit olives and slice.

Drain shrimp and mix with tomatoes and olives. Stir in bean mixture, then season with vinegar and serve.
