- 6 King prawn (peeled, ready to cook)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 oregano
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- juiced lemons
- 100 grams lamb's lettuce
- 1 Red chili pepper
- 50 grams thick, white Beans (canned)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ½ tsp Mustard
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 Tbsp Vinegar
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- Lemon peel
Preparation steps

Rinse and devein shrimp, rinse well. Peel garlic and chop finely. Chop oregano, mix with lemon juice and olive oil. Pour over shrimp and let marinate for 30 minutes.

Grill shrimp on the grill for about 6-8 minutes.

Rinse and spin dry lettuce.

Rinse and halve chile pepper, remove seeds and ribs, cut into strips. Drain beans.
5.
Whisk mustard with vinegar and oil, season with salt, sugar and pepper. Combine all salad ingredients and toss with the dressing.
6.
Arrange salad on plates and top with shrimp. Sprinkle with lemon zest and serve.
