200 grams wide, green Beans
800 grams Rabbit (cut into small pieces, with bones)
1 garlic clove
5 Tbsps olive oil
350 grams Paella rice
1 sm can Saffron (0.1 gram)

3 King prawn
3 shrimp

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Trim the green beans, rinse and cut into pieces. Rinse the rabbit and pat dry. Peel garlic and chop finely.

Cook the rabbit in 2-3 tablespoons oil in hot paella pan for about 5 minutes until golden brown and remove from the pan. Put the green beans and the garlic in the pan, add 1-2 tablespoons of oil and sauté about 5 minutes. Now put back the meat with the saffron and the rice. Mix all well, season with salt and pepper and pour in the broth.

Cook the paella in the oven about 20 minutes until done.

Rinse the prawns and shrimp, put on the paella during the last 5-10 minutes of cooking.

When the rice is cooked, season paella and serve.
