- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 grams ham
- 1 Bell pepper
- 4 Chicken thigh
- 200 grams Pork
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 150 grams Long grain rice
- ½ pkg Shellfish
- 50 grams Beans
- 1 bay leaf
- 200 milliliters Chicken broth
- 1 sm can Saffron

- 1 splash white wine
- 3 Tomatoes
- 50 grams Peas
- 4 King prawn
- 1 lemon
Preparation steps

Peel onion and garlic, chop. Cut ham into 1cm (approximately 1/4- 1/2 inch) cubes.

Season chicken thighs with salt, cut pork into bite-sized pieces and season. In a large skillet with some oil, cook meat until browned.

Add onion, garlic and ham and cook briefly. Add rice, seafood, beans, bay leaf and pepper strips. Pour in broth with saffron, pepper and wine. Cook with the lid closed about 15 minutes.

Blanch tomatoes, peel and cut into pieces Add to rice along with the peas and cook for a further 10 minutes.
5.
Place king prawns on top of the paella, cover and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish and serve with lemon quarters.
