1 Small pot mit Deckel, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Tea strainer

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the grill.
2.
Fry the bacon and quench with the fish stock and the Noilly Prat. Add the cream and simmer a little. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
3.
Open the oysters, remove the top half of the shell and tip the water away. Loosen the flesh and add some bacon and a little of the sauce. Grill for approx. 2 minutes. Add the remaining sauce and serve garnished with parsley.
