Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 220°C (approximately 400°F). Peel the potatoes, rinse, wipe dry and cut into quarters.
2.
Toss with oil, season with salt, spread on a baking sheet, spread the rosemary on top and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown, 30-35 minutes. Transfer to a platter and serve.
