Preparation steps

Scrub the potatoes, pat dry and bake in an oven at 220°C (approximately 425°F) for 1 - 1 1/2 hours, until cooked. The potatoes are done when they can easily be stabbed with a toothpick.

Remove the potatoes, let cool slightly, and cut lengthwise into slices. Mix the paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Rub the potato wedges with the powder and dip in the olive oil. Drain the excess oil from the potatoes. Place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 40 minutes, until crispy.

Remove from oven and serve while still warm.
