- 1 kilogram potatoes
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp rough salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 rosemary

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Ccrub the potatoes thoroughly, rinse and cut into bite-size pieces. Mix in a bowl with the olive oil, salt, pepper, the pressed garlic cloves and rosemary. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
3.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Serve in a warmed bowl.
