800 grams predominantly waxy potatoes
1 bunch parsley
2 garlic cloves
200 grams butter
2 Tbsps olive oil
salt
peppers
2 Tbsps Chili powder (or paprika)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the potatoes, rinse, pat dry and halve lengthwise. Use a melon baller to cut out a hole in the middle of each potato. Rinse the parsley, chop finely and mix with the softened butter, salt and pepper. Peel and press the garlic into the mixture. Mix well.

2.

Grease an ovenproof dish with olive oil. Place the potatoes into the dish. Fill the potatoes with the herb butter mixture. Sprinkle the potatoes with the chile powder. Bake for about 35 minutes at 180°C (approximately 350°F).
