Orchard Earl Grey Compote
Heat 200 ml of water in a saucepan until simmering. Add the sugar, tea bags, vanilla pod and seeds and the cinnamon stick and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove the vanilla pod, tea bags and cinnamon stick, then add the pears and simmer gently for about 20 minutes or until tender.
Transfer the mixture to a liquidiser and blend until smooth. Decant into glass jars to serve.
