Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim and drain the watercress well. Halve the pomegranate and remove the seeds. Remove the remaining white part of the pomegranate pulp. Crumble the feta and place the watercress decoratively on plates.

2.

Peel and cut the oranges thoroughly into wedges. Squeeze the remaining pulp and collect the juice. Stir the vinegar, honey and grapeseed oil into the collected orange juice and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the orange wedges around the salad and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Serve with the dressing drizzled on top.
