- 2 Watercress (washed; dried; and stemmed)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt

1 Pot, 1 Small baking dish, 1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Plastic wrap
Preparation steps
1.
Cut the top and bottom off of each orange. Stand the orange on 1 end on a cutting board and, following the curve of the fruit, cut away the skin and pith of the orange. Cut each orange section out of its pith. Cut orange sections into bite size pieces.
2.
Slice the radishes and apple, thinly.
3.
In a medium bowl toss together the orange sections, radishes, and apple.
4.
Arrange watercress on individual plates, top with orange mixture. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper.
